1. Your agreement with us
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and PT. FUBUKI SOFT INDONESIA, the company that operates the Fubukisoft brand ("Fubukisoft," "we," "us," or "our"), for Olive, Olive+, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing Olive+, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use Olive on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and meet the minimum digital-consent age in your country. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you.
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care. You may not sell, transfer, or share access to your account.
3. Using Olive
Fubukisoft grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Olive for its intended purposes, subject to these Terms and app-store rules.
You may not:
- use Olive unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm, harass, exploit, or impersonate another person;
- interfere with security, access another account without permission, or introduce malicious code;
- scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code except where law expressly permits;
- use automated systems to access Olive in a way that burdens or disrupts the Service; or
- use Olive content or systems to build or train a competing service without written permission.
We may update, improve, add, remove, or discontinue features. We will provide notice when a change materially affects your rights or an active paid subscription where required.
4. Your content and community conduct
You retain ownership of content you create. You give Fubukisoft a limited, worldwide license to host, reproduce, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve Olive and to show content to the audience you select. This license ends when the content is deleted, subject to reasonable technical and legal retention.
Do not post content that is illegal, threatening, hateful, deceptive, sexually exploitative, invasive of privacy, infringing, or otherwise harmful. Respect other people in Fellowship and any other community feature. We may remove content or restrict access when we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, risks harm, or is required by law.
Feedback and suggestions are voluntary. You allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, while we remain responsible for our own products and decisions.
5. Olive+ subscriptions
Billing and automatic renewal
Olive+ is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price, billing interval, trial terms (if any), and included features are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your app-store account when you confirm the purchase. Unless you cancel before the renewal deadline shown by your store, Olive+ renews automatically and the store charges the then-current price for the next period.
Trials and offers
Eligibility for a free trial or promotional offer may be limited. Unless canceled before the trial or offer ends, it converts to a paid subscription at the price shown when you enrolled. Creating another account may not restore eligibility.
Manage or cancel
Manage or cancel Olive+ in your Apple or Google account settings. Deleting Olive or your Olive account does not automatically cancel a subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless your store says otherwise.
Refunds and price changes
Apple or Google handles billing and refunds under its own policies and applicable law. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. Subscription prices may change; the applicable store will provide notice and request consent when required. If you do not agree to a price change, cancel before it takes effect.
Olive+ access is for your personal account. If access does not appear after purchase, use Olive’s restore-purchases option or contact contact@fubukisoft.com.
6. Spiritual and wellbeing notice
Olive provides content and tools for reflection, spiritual practice, and community. It is not a medical, mental-health, crisis, legal, or other professional service, and it does not replace qualified professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you may harm yourself or someone else, or are experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis service immediately. Do not rely on Olive for emergency assistance.
7. Fubukisoft’s rights
Olive, including its software, design, branding, and content supplied by us or our licensors, is owned by Fubukisoft or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Third-party content may be subject to additional terms.
8. Suspension, termination, and deletion
You may stop using Olive at any time and may delete your account through the app or our public deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if required by law. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal.
Provisions that by their nature should continue—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute terms—survive termination.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olive is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that particular content or outcomes will meet your needs. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fubukisoft and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the Service. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us for Olive during the 12 months before the claim or US$100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. General terms
Changes. We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice. Continuing to use Olive after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms, where permitted by law.
App-store terms. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms. Your use of their platforms remains subject to their terms. If these Terms conflict with mandatory app-store terms, the mandatory terms control for that platform.
Severability and waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only as necessary, and the rest remains effective. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver.
Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them as part of a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.
Entire agreement. These Terms and policies expressly incorporated into them are the entire agreement between you and Fubukisoft about Olive.
