Olive Terms of Service

1. Your agreement with us

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and PT. FUBUKI SOFT INDONESIA, the company that operates the Fubukisoft brand (“Fubukisoft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), for Olive, Olive+, and related services (together, the “Service”). By using Olive you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use Olive on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

2. About Olive

Olive provides Bible, prayer, reflection, community, and Christian spiritual-growth experiences. Some features may use artificial intelligence to personalise or assist with these experiences. Olive is intended to support your personal spiritual journey and community participation.

3. Your account

Some features may require an Olive account. You must be at least 13 years old and meet the minimum digital-consent age in your country. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity conducted through it, unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care. Provide accurate information where required, do not impersonate another person, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You may not sell, transfer, or share access to your account.

4. Community content

Olive may allow you to share prayer requests, Grace Reports, comments, encouragement, or other content with other users. You retain ownership of content you create.

By choosing to publish content through a community feature, you give Fubukisoft the limited permission necessary to host, process, display, distribute, and technically reproduce that content for the purpose of operating Olive and showing it to the audience you select. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us, and it ends when the content is deleted, subject to reasonable technical and legal retention.

You are responsible for the content you choose to share. You must not use Olive to publish content that:

• violates applicable law;
• infringes another person’s rights;
• contains malicious or fraudulent material;
• harasses, threatens, or exploits another person;
• intentionally exposes another person’s private information without permission; or
• interferes with the operation or safety of Olive.

We may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

Feedback and suggestions are voluntary. You allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, while we remain responsible for our own products and decisions.

5. Prayer requests

Prayer requests can contain deeply personal information. Only share information you are comfortable sharing with the audience indicated in Olive. When discussing another person, please respect their privacy and avoid revealing sensitive personal information without their permission.

6. AI-generated content

Some Olive features may produce content using artificial intelligence. AI-generated responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular situation.

AI-generated content is provided for informational and spiritual-support purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

7. Scripture content

Bible translations and other licensed religious content available through Olive may be subject to copyright and licensing restrictions belonging to their respective rights holders. Access to such material through Olive does not transfer ownership or redistribution rights to you.

Olive itself, including its software, design, branding, and the content we supply, is owned by PT. FUBUKI SOFT INDONESIA or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws.

8. Spiritual and wellbeing notice

Olive provides content and tools for reflection, spiritual practice, and community. It is not a medical, mental-health, crisis, legal, or other professional service, and it does not replace qualified professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

For serious personal, medical, mental-health, safety, or spiritual concerns, consider speaking with an appropriate qualified professional, pastor, church leader, trusted family member, or other suitable person. If you may harm yourself or someone else, or are experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified crisis service immediately. Do not rely on Olive for emergency assistance.

9. Olive+ subscriptions

Olive+ access is for your personal account. If access does not appear after purchase, make sure you are signed in to the correct Olive and store accounts, use Olive’s restore-purchases option if it is available, and contact contact@fubukisoft.com if access is still missing.

10. Acceptable use

You may use Olive for personal, lawful purposes consistent with the intended operation of the Service. You may not attempt to:

• disrupt or compromise Olive;
• bypass access or security controls;
• access another user’s account without authorisation;
• use automated systems to abuse the Service;
• scrape or redistribute protected content in violation of applicable rights; or
• use Olive for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

11. Availability

We work to keep Olive available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, improve, add, remove, or discontinue features as Olive evolves. We will provide notice where a change materially affects your rights or an active paid subscription, as required.

12. Suspension, termination, and deletion

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of abuse, security risks, unlawful conduct, serious violations of these Terms, or circumstances requiring us to protect Olive or its users. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal.

You may stop using Olive at any time, and may request account deletion through our account deletion page. Provisions that by their nature should continue — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations — survive termination.

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Olive is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nothing in Olive guarantees a particular spiritual, personal, health, financial, or other outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PT. FUBUKI SOFT INDONESIA and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities, resulting from your use of or inability to use Olive. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for Olive during the 12 months before the claim, or US$100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

14. General terms

Changes. We may update these Terms as Olive develops. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the latest version. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice. Continuing to use Olive after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms, where permitted by law.

App-store terms. Google and Apple are not parties to these Terms. Your use of their platforms remains subject to their terms. If these Terms conflict with mandatory app-store terms, the mandatory terms control for that platform.

Severability and waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only as necessary, and the rest remains effective. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver.

Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them as part of a reorganisation, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

Entire agreement. These Terms and the policies incorporated into them are the entire agreement between you and PT. FUBUKI SOFT INDONESIA about Olive.

Who you are contracting with. Your agreement is with PT. FUBUKI SOFT INDONESIA, which trades as Fubukisoft. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory right you have under the consumer law that applies to you where you live.
