Privacy at Fubukisoft

1. Who we are

Fubukisoft (“Fubukisoft,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent software company and the developer and publisher of the applications listed on this website. Fubukisoft is the brand we publish under, and it is operated by PT. FUBUKI SOFT INDONESIA, which is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy and in our application policies.

This page describes our general approach to privacy and directs you to the policy for the specific product you use.

2. Application privacy policies

Each Fubukisoft application has its own privacy policy describing what that application collects and why. Where an application policy differs from this page, the application policy governs that application.

3. This website

fubukisoft.com is a set of static pages. We do not use advertising trackers, cross-site tracking pixels, or cookies for advertising on this website, and there is no analytics tag embedded in these pages.

Two things are worth naming plainly:

• Web fonts. These pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, which discloses your IP address and browser information to Google under Google’s privacy policy.
• Hosting logs. Our hosting provider may record standard server request information, such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, and user agent, for security and reliability.

If you email us, we hold your message and email address for as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of the request.

4. How we approach privacy in our applications

These principles apply across Fubukisoft products. The specifics for any given application are in that application’s own policy.

• Collect what a feature needs. We ask for information because something you are using requires it, not to build a profile of you.
• We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
• Payments stay with the stores. Apple and Google process purchases and subscriptions. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
• You can leave. Every Fubukisoft application with accounts provides a way to delete your account and the data attached to it.
• Safeguards. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
• Service providers. We use providers for hosting, authentication, application operation, diagnostics, and communications. They may process information only to provide those services to us, under appropriate restrictions.
• International processing. Fubukisoft and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use recognised legal transfer mechanisms and safeguards.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of your personal information, to withdraw consent, or to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or to complain to your local data-protection authority.

To make a request, email contact@fubukisoft.com and tell us which application and account email address it concerns. We may need to verify your identity before we act on a request.

6. Account deletion

Every Fubukisoft application with accounts offers deletion in the app and through a public page that does not require you to install anything.

• DenDenLens: delete your DenDenLens account

7. Children

Fubukisoft applications are not directed to children under 13, or under the higher minimum age required in their country to consent to the processing of personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided personal information to a Fubukisoft application without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and delete it.

8. Changes to this page

We may update this page as our products develop or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. Material changes to an application’s own policy are announced in that policy.
