Common questions
Something is broken or behaving oddly
- Check your connection.
Try a reliable Wi‑Fi or mobile-data connection. - Update the app.
Install the newest version available from your app store. - Restart the app and device.
Close the app completely, restart your phone, and try again. - Send us the details.
If it still happens, email us your phone model, OS version, app version, and the exact steps that trigger it.
Subscriptions and purchases
Where a Fubukisoft application offers a subscription, it is billed and managed by the store you bought it from. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscriptions or your Google Play subscriptions. Deleting an app or its account does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds
Apple and Google handle billing and refunds for purchases made in their stores, under their own policies and applicable law. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a security or privacy vulnerability in a Fubukisoft application, email contact@fubukisoft.com with the details and how to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to respond before disclosing it publicly.
Privacy and account deletion
Our privacy overview explains how Fubukisoft handles personal information and links to each application's own policy. Every Fubukisoft application that has accounts provides a way to delete your account and the data attached to it, both in the app and through a public page.
